We are very pleased to introduce Shania Taylor, our Archives Transcriber and Story-Teller for the summer. Shania will be transcribing the early records of the Sable Island Humane Establishment and extracting interesting stories to share over social media. She is excited about the opportunity to use her background in human history to uncover the vital and interesting legacy of Sable Island. She is a recent graduate of Dalhousie University with a Masters in Library and Information Studies. Her previous work experience includes terms at several public libraries in Nova Scotia.
